Navigation

1. Page Up/Down      Moves to next/previous slide
2. Ctrl + M                      Insert a slide in current presentation
3. Ctrl + W                     Close a presentation
4. F5                                   View slide show from beginning
5. Shift+F5                     View slide show from current slide
6. Esc                                 Cancel an action
7. Alt + V, then D        View slide sorter
8. Alt + O, then N       Format text box (colors and lines)
9. Alt + I, then X          Insert text box

Select and move text/objects

1. Tab                               Selects and cycles forward through objects (if cursor      is in text box, press ESC; box can now        be moved, copied, pasted, formatted, etc.)
2. Shift + Tab                Selects and cycles backward through objects
3. Enter                            Positions cursor within an object when the object is selected
4. Arrow keys               Shifts location of text box once selected (press ‘Esc’ to deselect
